Access to clean and reliable water has always been a pressing need in many communities across Etsako Federal Constituency. In response to this challenge, Hon. Anamero Sunday Dekeri (DANCO) has successfully completed and delivered the Aviele Solar Borehole Project in Etsako West Local Government Area.
The newly completed solar-powered borehole now provides residents of Aviele with sustainable access to clean water for drinking, household use, and small-scale economic activities. This project directly addresses long-standing concerns over water scarcity in the area while reducing dependence on unsafe or unreliable water sources.
By adopting solar technology, the project ensures efficiency, durability, and reduced maintenance costs, making it a long-term solution to the community’s water needs. Residents have already begun to experience the relief and convenience of having a dependable water source right within their reach.
During the inspection and commissioning, Hon. Anamero expressed his delight at the completion of the project, stating that initiatives such as this are at the core of his vision for constituency development. He emphasized that water, being a basic necessity, must never be out of reach for the people, and pledged to continue replicating similar projects across other wards and communities.
The Aviele Solar Borehole Project is one of many constituency projects being executed under Hon. Anamero’s leadership, with others such as classroom blocks, health centers, empowerment programs, and solar streetlights at various stages of completion across Etsako East, West, and Central.
